despite my blog being a thinspo/weightloss one, i would never encourage another person to dislike their body or starve themselves. even though i reblog things that are questionable sometimes, they are entirely for me and intended to be used by me and me alone. even though i have regrettably adopted some unhealthy behaviors, i hate the thought of any one of my lovely followers doing the same thing. i care a hell of a lot about you guys. and i am always here if you need to talk.

Vent-the doc accidentally figured out I have a ed
I had to go to the doctor my my severe anemia and weird things going on with my brain and the doctor checked my bpm and it was at a 45 (the rate of an average sleeping person and I’m not at all active) and he said this was very likely caused by an ED and asked me what I ate that day. He now wants to send me to a dietitian. MY MOTHER WAS IN THE ROOM.
She now knows I have an ED
and apparently I had an ed long long before I even knew they were a thing that’s like 6-7 years I’ve had one. That’s messed up how do I change somthing I didn’t even know was a problem until just a few days ago
I guess now I’m officially dignosed

ok but like shout out to all my girls with skin conditions like eczema or acne or keratosis pilaris, etc. society paints such a false picture of women as having perfectly clear and soft skin and like….that ain’t true. so many of us have bumps and scars and dryness and redness and no matter what we do it won’t go away. but yall are perfect okay like believe me i still don’t love my skin but its so Wrong that we hate ourselves so much for something so trivial. you’re beautiful okay and so is your skin i love u.

How go get back on track
A lot of you have been asking me on tips for how to get back on track after a binge, so here you go!
1. Don’t try to restrict or fast even more. You’ll probably just end up binging again.
2. Try to stay away from sugar and carbs. Does are more likely to trigger a binge or over eating.
3. Up your calories. If you can’t get back on track you should up your calories so that your body gets out of starvation mode. If you eat 500 normally eat 1000 for a week or two. Then your body will have an easier time to restrict again, and during those weeks you’ll still lose weight.
4. Start immediately. No matter if it’s right a after a meal or you’re craving something. Don’t say that “you’ll start tomorrow”, start NOW.
5. If you’ve eaten over your calorie limit, don’t eat more just because “the day is already ruined”.
6. Don’t weigh yourself that day and try to have a BM before weighing yourself the next time.
7. Don’t beat yourself up about it, it happens to everyone and it’s not the end of your life. In a year you won’t even remember this, as long as you keep on going.
